How this color puzzle treats your data

When this page says “we,” it means the product team that ships ToneColorMatching on the App Store. Privacy questions go through the game’s App Store support channel. We do not list a personal inbox, home address, or unrelated site as the contact path for this title.

ToneColorMatching never asks you to create an account or type a name, email, or profile. The puzzle keeps a small local palette so a session can resume:

That information exists so you can keep mixing. It is not a player dossier we host on our own servers.

The shipping game is designed as a fully offline studio. In this version we do not run ads, in-app purchases, sign-in, analytics dashboards, or cross-app tracking for gameplay.

• No advertising identifiers are requested for the mixer itself.
• No rewarded video or offer wall sits on the Submit path.
• No cloud save of your HSL sliders or hex guesses.
• No mailing list, and no sale of a player roster.

If a future update adds optional services, this palette will be rewritten and the App Store privacy labels will list the new data types. Until then, treat the mixer as local-first.

Downloads, updates, refunds, Family Sharing, Screen Time, and optional device backups are processed by Apple under Apple’s policies. ToneColorMatching does not add a separate store login for those events. If you restore a device, local stars and unlocks return only if that backup included the app’s sandbox data.

ToneColorMatching is rated 4+ and never asks a child for contact details. The puzzle is a color-memory exercise with a short timer — not a social room and not a form that collects personal information.

A parent or guardian can still use Screen Time, Ask to Buy, and device restrictions. If you believe a child somehow shared personal data outside the game (for example through the store account itself), use App Support on the listing so the request can be reviewed.

Local progress remains until you delete the app or erase the device. There is no remote profile of your mixes for us to export or correct, because we do not host one.

• Turn Sound, Music, or Haptics off in Settings at any time.
• Delete the app to wipe unlocked levels, stars, and best scores.
• Read the App Privacy labels on the live store listing for the build you have installed.
• Use App Support on the ToneColorMatching App Store page for privacy requests.

If this notice changes, the date at the top will change. The store listing remains the live summary of data types for the version on your phone.
